TCK (Third Culture Kid) is a term used for the rapidly increasing demographic of those of us who grow up influenced by multiple cultures and an impermanence sense of “home”. This developmentally impacts our sense of self and brings along unique complexities. I offer coaching support for those in transition to new cultures or those seeking to integrate the kaleidoscope of their cultural identities.

I also offer Pilgrimage Integration. This includes psychedelic integration and actual Pilgrimages, like the Camino de Santiago. Integration is essential for these experiences, reach out to hear more of what this kind of short-term support will look like.
